At Dina Mode, we want you to stay in control of your personal information. This page explains your privacy choices and how to opt out. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
Dina Mode is operated by HMU Commerce, a company based in the Netherlands. We handle personal information in line with applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Do we sell or share your personal information?
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we use cookies and similar technologies that allow advertising partners, such as Meta and Google, to collect information about your activity on our store to show you relevant ads. Under some U.S. state laws, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or “targeted advertising.” You have the right to opt out.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
How to opt out
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising in any of these ways:
- Cookie settings: turn off advertising cookies at any time through the cookie settings on our website.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
- Email: send an email to support@dina-mode.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
Opting out through cookies or GPC applies to the browser and device you’re using. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, you may need to opt out again. You don’t need to create an account to opt out.
Your other rights
Depending on your state of residence, you also have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information, unless we are required by law to keep it (for example, order records for tax purposes).
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, for example for marketing emails or cookies.
- Appeal our decision if we deny your request.
Marketing emails and text messages
We only send marketing messages if you’ve given us permission. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by replying STOP to text messages. You’ll still receive messages about your orders.
How to make a request
Email us at support@dina-mode.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity first. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you. We will respond within 45 days, and we will never treat you differently, for example by charging different prices, for using your rights.
If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing us with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
